  • We are happy to hold a size for exchanging if we have the size you request in stock at the time. E-mail us at
  • Customer pays return shipping. Leopard Lily will cover the cost to ship you the new size. 
  • We will ship your new size once our warehouse receives your former size. 


  • Returns will be issued store credit in the form of a e-Gift Card sent via e-mail. No refunds will be issued unless item is defective.
  • All returns must be requested within 14 days of you receiving your order by e-mailing us at
  • Anything purchased from our Final Sale tab is indeed a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
  • Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached. Leopard Lily may reject a return if it appears to be worn, altered, washed, or damaged. INCLUDING: ODORS OF ANIMALS, CIGARETTE SMOKE, OR FOOD, AND FREE OF PET HAIR.
  • Please allow our team 1 to 3 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
  • Customer pays for return shipping. 

To ship back your order: 

  • Feel free to ship your orders back with the carrier of your choice (USPS/UPS/FedEx, etc)- shipping with tracking information is recommended, though not required. 
  • Include the original packing slip or your name and email address (the one used to place order) in the return. You may ship back multiple orders in the same package as long as you include the packing slips for each order.
